Summer prices 2024

Prices per night excl. local tax of € 3,50 per night/person (from 15 years) and final cleaning of € 80,00 for flat ANNA and € 60,00 for flat JULIA.

Reduction for children from 2 full-paying adults

• up to 2 years free
• 2 - 6 years 30% reduction

Included in the price: Summercard or Winter-TAL-Card

Pets on request

Check in from approx. 15:00; we endeavour to make the flat available to you as early as possible. If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage safely and free of charge. If you arrive later than 20:00, please let us know.

Check out until 10:00 am.

For fixed reservations, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking price. You will receive the necessary bank details with the booking confirmation.

Payment on site only possible in cash or in advance by bank transfer (free of charge).

Cancellation conditions:

• up to 1 month before arrival free of charge
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 50% of the booking price
• 1 week before arrival 90% of the booking price
• in case of no-show 100% of the booking price

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
