Prices per night excl. local tax of €3.50 per night/person (from 15 years) and final cleaning of €90.00 for Apartment ANNA and €70.00 for Apartment JULIA.

Children's discount from 2 full-paying adults

• 2 - 6 years 30% discount

Check in from around 4.00 p.m.; We strive to make the apartment available to you as soon as possible. If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage safely and free of charge. If you arrive later than 8.00 p.m., please let us know.

Check out until 09.00 a.m.;

For fixed reservations, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking price. You will receive the required bank details with the booking confirmation.

Payment on site is only possible in cash or in advance by bank transfer (free of charge).

Cancellation conditions:

• free of charge up to 1 month before arrival
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 50% of the booking price
• 1 week before arrival 90% of the booking price
• If you do not show up, 100% of the booking price
